I had the time of my life reading this. And I've never felt like that before. Yes, I swear. It's the truth. And I owe it all to youuuuu both. Hee, you guys totally rocked this ep! I loved the 'helping' theme throughout. The Rory/Kevin scenes were particularly excellent. Great job! You make a terrific team! :)

Thank you what a nice compliment. As far as Virtual Seasons go, we both have written other episodes (but not with each other), as well as posting fics over at the BWR.

This one was great. All that stuff with Ellie was cute. They've been married for more than a year yet known each other for so long. Luke and Lorelai are still a vital couple. That ending was great and yeah, there wasn't a lot of that in the show. And Emily helped them move while getting everyone to put things in.

And I'm also happy that Luke and Lorelai finally made Sookie and Jackson sit down and work things out. And it looks like things will be OK.

Oh, I enjoyed that comment about Emily looking like the mom from "Dirty Dancing". Rory and Kevin are definitely going strong. This is definitely a fantastic episode.

I give this 2 thumbs up.

Oh such a delightful episode! Great job guys! Now this is what the show is all about. This episode was written pre-season 6, the show that I remembered and loved. I am not sure if that make sense or not. I will try and clarify it better as I go on. From start to finish I was smileing and entertained. It was such a good feel episode where everyone including the townies were right in character and had a shinning moment even Mrs.Kim.

Poor Luke and Lorelai living in a apartment with no room to breath, but at least they are going to appericate these moments with Ellie. Oh the shoe thing was too funny, because like Lorelai I knew Emily would somehow noticed. I am releived Emily wasn't overly critical about the shoes like she could have been. Instead she stepped up to the plate and showed her more helpful side by being helpful to Luke and Lorelai by organizing the townies to help get them settled into a new house. I appericate that Lorelai is going to cut some slack on Emily and I liked how she asked Luke to help her to do it.

Poor Sookie and Jackson. They let themselves go and bit and haven't been able to communicate their worries and frustrations. At least they have Luke and Lorelai to rant to. Typical guy though, half-listening while watching the tv. Poor Sookie wanting attention from her husband and not being able to voice her thoughts to Jackson. I am relieved that Luke shut the door on them and demmanded they talk. Who would ever thought that Luke would excel at helping couples communicate? I guess he and Lorelai learned a thing or 2 after reconciling a couple of years ago.

Who doesn't love Dirty Dancing! Love the shout out to Kelly Bishop. I was giggling a little when Kevin pointed out to Rory the the character's resemblence to her grandmother. Oh how sweet Kevin and Rory going to the middle school dancing and those girls attempting to have adult converstation with them. Priceless! Apparently Kevin is hot teacher at that school. I was worried for a minute about Rory and Kevin talking about those questions the kids brought up. I think they were able to avoid any akwwardness and both agree they see a future with each other. Smart answer Kevin!

I even like Zach and Lane where normally I dont really care much for them, but they were cute and adorable I got to say. Even Mrs.Kim was being a very helpful grandmother. I got to say Mrs.Kim and Emily Gilmore have both envolved over time from being the most crtical women on the show to the most caring grandmothers. I guess having little grandchildren around has changed them a bit.

Oh at the end with Luke carrying Lorelai over the threshold, was my favorite part!! So romantic! I am sure he and Lorelai are going to have fun christening that house. I like that they still look at each other with sparks in the eyes when they greet each other throughout the day.

Fantastic job! Just bravo.

Epi 10.8
WONDERFUL ending!! I love any scene with Luke with Lorelai, but that was a definite sweet one. Kirk made me lol when he waved everyone out of the way so Lulu could set down a teddy bear. Great scene.

I am really happy to see Jackson and Sookie work their issues out. They are very much the grow old couple, so they need to keep the communication lines open and stay lovey dovey. I love Luke and Lorelai, but Sookie and Jackson are definitely important too!

It was a great thing what Emily did. In the real world, you’d be hard-pressed to find friends willing to help with a move, especially when you don’t ask for it. They have a whole community that is happy to help.

I just love Zach. I would have never pegged him for a family man but I am beginning to see how much he has not only adjusted to fatherhood, but he’s fallen in love with it. His scenes with the boys or involving the boys are really special.
